Available Institutes in Protocol Management
Once cross-institute management of Protocols is enabled, the Protocol configuration screen offers an institute selection field. This setting decides which institutes appear in it. It is a multi-select list of the district's institutes. Only the institutes chosen here can be attached to a Protocol; the rest are not offered, even though they belong to the same district.
