Transfer Student to another Institute
Determines whether a transferred Student's Grade (Program) is advanced ("promoted") or kept as-is when the transfer creates the Student's new enrollment record at the destination institute — that is, whether the move is treated as a normal year-end promotion transfer or a mid-year transfer that keeps the Student in their current Grade (Program).
