District Management / General Settings / General District Settings / Cross Institute Transfers / Allow Transfer to Institutes not in Classter
This setting activates the custom institute function, in case you want to transfer students to a company not belonging to classter.
Example
Setting -> Active
Use Custom Institutes switch is available
Setting -> Inactive
Custom institutes are not available, you can transfer only to institutes were belonging to Classter
