Create Master Account
Determines whether transferring a Student (or their parent) to another institute in the district creates a linked master/slave account pair, instead of a fully independent online account in the destination institute.

- Use consents only from admission institute(Only if you use External Admission Institute)
- Allow end users to transfer Students to the following list of institutes
- Allow end users to transfer Educators to the following list of institutes
- Allow end users to transfer Employees to the following list of institutes
- Transfer Parents
- Transfer Student to another Institute
- Allow Transfer to Institutes not in Classter
- Auto select Institute using the Location
