Auto select Institute using the Location
Controls whether the destination institute for a Student transfer is selected automatically based on the Student's assigned Location, instead of being picked by hand. Part of the "Transfer Student to another Institute" action (Students > Actions > Transfer to another institute unit). Configured in District Management > General Settings > Cross Institute Transfers.
