This setting controls what happens when a staff member tries to remove a Subject (Unit/Module) from a Student's enrollment, if that Subject is already linked to an existing financial arrangement (a payment plan with installments). It lets you choose whether to allow the deletion, warn the user about it, or block it entirely, protecting the integrity of financial records tied to that Subject.
