Disable Financial Commands if the suggested arrangement price is 0 (Disable_Financial_Commands_If_TheSuggested_Arrangement_Price_Is_0) is a setting in. It selects which arrangement types are left out of the arrangement-creation list whenever Classter's suggested price for that entity is exactly 0.
