Overview
Enable Easy Financial Agreement creation form as property of arrangement plan/Enable_Easy_Financial_Agreement_Creation_form_As_Property_Of_arrangement_Plan is a setting located under Financial Settings > General Settings > Arrangements Parameters, in the New Arrangement Settings sub-group.
What This Setting Does
This setting makes available a simplified, alternative screen for creating financial arrangements (agreements) for a _Student_. This easy creation form can be turned on or off individually for each arrangement plan, giving applicants and employees a quicker way to set up an arrangement when using plans that have this option turned on.
Where It Is Used
This setting is checked wherever a financial arrangement can be created from an arrangement plan that has the easy creation form turned on.
- Main Menu > Management > Students List > (open a _Student_) > Financial tab – offers the simplified arrangement creation form when the selected arrangement plan has this option enabled.
- Main Menu > Admission > Online Reregistration > Financial tab – the simplified form is also available here when creating or renewing an arrangement during re-registration.
- Main Menu > Admission > Application Management > Financial tab (Sales Employee view) – the simplified form can likewise appear when a sales employee sets up an arrangement for an applicant.
Business Logic / Behavior
- This is an on/off checkbox setting, disabled by default.
- When enabled, applicants and employees have access to an alternative, simplified user interface for creating _Student_ arrangements.
- This behavior is configured per arrangement plan, meaning each plan can independently have the easy creation form turned on or off.
- When disabled (default), only the standard arrangement creation form is used.
Example(s)
Example: Beta Academy wants to make it easier for admissions staff to quickly set up a standard $9,000 annual tuition arrangement for new applicants without navigating a complex form. The administrator enables this setting for the standard tuition arrangement plan, so staff creating arrangements under that plan see a simplified form with just 4 fields (payer, start date, plan, and total amount) instead of the standard form’s 15 fields spread across 3 tabs, cutting setup time for each of the roughly 80 applications processed every August from about 6 minutes down to under 1 minute.
When to Use
When to Enable
Enable this setting for arrangement plans where a simplified, faster creation experience benefits the staff or applicants who regularly create arrangements from that plan.
When to Disable
Disable this setting (the default) if you prefer that all arrangements be created using the standard, full-featured arrangement creation form, without a simplified alternative.
Notes
Prerequisites: This setting is configured per arrangement plan, so the relevant arrangement plan must exist first.

This setting behaves the same regardless of whether Higher Education Mode (Enable Configuration for Higher Education/Xrisi_parametropoihshs_kolegiou) is enabled or disabled.
