Default Billing Plan selected for all new arrangements. (Proepilegmeno_Plano_Apy_Kata_Ti_Kataxorisi_Diakanonismou) is a setting in. It pre-fills the Arrangement Billing Plan field on every new financial arrangement created in the academic period this is configured for.
