Overview
Classter introduced the Bulk add educational programs feature which allows users to assign educational programs to up to 1,000 students in a single action. It includes detailed validations, filters, and automated processes to handle associated tasks, which ultimately improves efficiency and accuracy in Student program management.
Enable Bulk Add Educational Programs
Navigate to: Main Settings > Role Management > Edit > Admin > Privileges > Global Rights > Core SIS > mark Allow users to bulk add educational programs checkbox.
Option 1: Bulk Add Educational Programs to Selected Students
Go to: Students List > Select Students > Actions menu > + Add new educational program.
Now, specify the required information in the fields, including Faculty, Program, Pathway, Year, etc.
Option 2: Bulk Add Educational Programs Without Selecting Students
Navigate to: Actions > + Add new educational program (without selecting any Students).
In the ADD EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM pop-up, use the advanced filters to identify the Students you want to assign educational programs. These filters include Student Status, Faculty, Program, Pathway, and Year.
Then, fill out the remaining fields to bulk add educational programs to the filtered Students.
