Allow users to remove Subjects from Student, even if there are registered marks or grades
This setting decides what happens when someone tries to remove a Subject (Course) enrollment from a Student (Learner) after marks have already been recorded for it; it is set to "Alert" by default. It selects whether Classter raises a warning, blocks the action outright, or allows it freely, when an end user tries to remove an already-marked Subject (Course) from a Student (Learner)'s list of enrolled Subjects.
