This setting decides what Classter saves in the Registration Number field when it is left blank, for Student (Learner) statuses where Registration Numbering is not automated. In cases where we have selected not to have automated Registration Numbering for some (or all) statuses, this setting lets us choose to save "0" as a pre-selected value in the field, instead of leaving it null/empty.
