Employee email template
Staff need different wording from families. This setting picks the template used for the status-change notification sent to employees, independently of the template sent to the Student and their contacts. As with the Student-side template, the list carries a per-educational-program option: choose it and the template is resolved per educational program and target status instead of being fixed here.
