Main Settings / General Settings / Messaging & Notification / Notifications Service / First Contact Date Notification for these Statuses
You can create a new Notification as a First Contact Date, this will be used if for example: there are new prospective students and they have their first contact with the school for information. At the end you send them a welcome message which will only be sent to users who have the same status as the one you set in the setting.
To create a new notification, you have to go in Advanced Configurations / Notification Service Configuration as shown below. (Figure 1 & 2)
