Keep the following properties when transferring an educational program from period to period

App Settings › Main Settings › Period to Period Transfers · Updated 2026-07-09

This setting lets the institution choose which custom Educational Program properties should be automatically carried over when a Student’s Educational Program is transferred to a new academic period. Any property not selected here is not copied forward and starts blank in the new period unless another setting fills it in with a default value.

• Increase ALTERNATIVE STREAM (if value is not transferred)
• Enroll ALTERNATIVE MAIN GROUP based on ALTERNATIVE MAIN GROUP’s series
• Do not allow back office users to transfer STUDENTS not having at least one active arrangement.
