When we transfer students to next Academic Period, the following field of the Student will be increased

App Settings › Main Settings › Period to Period Transfers · Updated 2026-07-28

This setting controls which field of a Student's (Learner's) educational program — Grade, Stream, or Registry Category — is automatically advanced when the Student is transferred to the next academic period.
