Financial Settings / General Settings / Price Lists, Fees & Taxes / Fees & Taxes / Do not create accounting commands for administrative fees, if the value is zero
If you enable this setting, then Classter will stop creating automatically a financial command for the accounting department for administrative fees, if the value of these fees is equal to zero.
Example as Administrator
Administrative Fees Default price, setting -> 0
Year 4 Administrative Fees -> 0
Setting -> Active
There is no financial command with administrative fee because the price is zero
Setting -> Inactive
There is a financial command with administrative fee even though the price is zero
