Register any Activity Pricing Category Change for a Students in the activity history log using the following Reason Category

App Settings › Main Settings › Services Parameters · Updated 2026-08-10

This setting selects the Reason Category that Classter automatically records whenever the Pricing Category of a Student's Service enrollment changes, so that the change appears in the Service's history log without staff having to pick a reason themselves.
