Allow Parents to Submit-Edit Admission Data
When enabled, the personal-data/profile-information form opened from the dashboard "Personal Data" link gains an Admission Data tab, where end users can submit or edit admission-related documents and data directly. When disabled, that tab is removed and only Contact Details remains.
