Ask for a pin code (one time-password) when a Student selects an Ed Program Category
Adds a one-time PIN verification step to the self-registration flow enabled by Enable self-registration of Educational Program Category for Students: after the Student picks a category, Classter emails a one-time PIN code, and the choice is only saved once the correct PIN is entered.
