Main Settings / General Settings/ Lecturers Portal Rights / Basic Settings / Allow Lecturers to add period Class comments
This setting allows Teachers who are not supervisors of the class to add Progress Comments.
Example
Setting -> Active
Teacher Elaine Borg is not supervisor in Y3G Class, but she can add new progress comment, as shown below
Setting -> Inactive
When this setting is inactive, the teacher cannot add new comments to classes where she is not supervisor.
