#45255 Improvements have been added to the Meeting list page for Teacher and Employees. For teachers, when looking at the list of information on the meeting list page they will find columns containing the main class of a student and the contact information of the parents e.g mobile phone, home number and email. Employees will also be able to view this information but under different columns. Employees will see the columns “Regards”, “Location” and “Class”. In addition, Employees will have additional search filters on the meetings list page. These filters are “Location”, “Class”, “Relative” and “Student”. With the help of additional search filters employees will be able to better narrow down search results and find the meetings they are looking for. We have added the functionality for employees to use bulk actions to send messages to all parents and students regarding the meetings. Student names that appear in the meeting list page of employees will be clickable and will display student contact information and basic data.
