Here you define the preselected/default payment reason text in case you define an automated transaction creation and the default payment reason is free text.

Note: Requires in the setting “Type of Reason” to have selected “Free Text”, as shown below.
The admission user made a new application and completed the payment.
The employee can see the transaction’s information in the Transactions List in Financial tab.
