When enabled, Classter automatically creates a financial arrangement for each Service a Student or Parent enrolls in through online enrollment, so staff do not have to create that arrangement by hand afterward. For an arrangement to be created, the Service itself must already be enabled for Billing and configured with a default arrangement, a default billing plan, and a default price.
