The latest update allows you to customize SMS templates for student status change notifications. This enhancement makes it easy to insert a dynamic placeholder for the Student Code (StuCode) into SMS messages using a simple drag-and-drop feature.
To configure your notification service, start by navigating to Advanced Configurations > Notification Service Configuration.
Here, you can edit or create a new notification service, selecting the Student Status Change notification type and the associated template.
Once your notification service is configured, ensure the related template is properly set up. Go to Advanced Configurations > Notification Service Configuration > Templates Editing and edit or create the Notification service’s template.
Within the template editor, you’ll find a list of available fields, including the Student Code. Drag and drop the StuCode placeholder into your SMS content where you want it to appear.
