An applicant has signed up and verified his email. Can I find this applicant on the student list?

Updated on November 22, 2022

In Classter, students are placed in the appropriate academic period through their educational program. An applicant that has only gone up to submitting the signup form and verifying his email never got to the point of applying for an educational program, thus he is not connected with any.

Having that said, in order to find such an applicant on the Student list, you must select View > “Students per Period” in the Students List. (Figure 1)

Then, check the “Show Students without period” filter box and click on the “Search” button. The list of students you will receive will also include cases like this one. (Figure 2)

This list can also include students that are not connected with an educational program though and thus an academic period for various other reasons. The simplest way of getting a list of cases like that is in the Admission Users Menu. (Figure 3)

Here, apart from the filters at the top of the screen, you have several extra indexes with specific information on the admission process for each user. If you slide the list on the right, you can see that in this example, James Tucker has indeed verified his email but never proceeded on logging into the system with his credentials. (Figure 4)
