Academic Settings / Marking Settings / General Settings / Marking / Gradebook [Term Marks] Settings / Enable Rich Text Comments
This setting allows you to choose whether to enable or disable rich text comments.
Setting -> Active
The box for comments is large and opens in a separate pop-up window with many font formatting options
Setting -> Inactive
The box for the comments is small and opens in the same window. No formatting options available.
