Enable Rich Text Comments
This setting controls whether the comment box on the Gradebook [Term Marks] form supports rich text formatting, or is a simple plain-text box. It applies to the Comment field on the Gradebook [Term Marks] form (Academic Tasks > Marking > Gradebook [Term Marks]), opened from the comment icon next to each student's row.
