District Management / General Settings / General District Setting / Basic Settings / Enable Cross Institute Student Status Change
Here you define whether the change in student status will be affected in the transferring institute.
If you select this option, then when a user changes the status of a student, then Classter will automatically change the status of the student in any other institute where the student has been transferred to.
Note: This option will work only if the “Create Master Account” setting is active in District Management / General Settings / General District Setting / Master Accounts Settings.
Example
Setting -> Active
The student was transferred to another institute.
In the institute of origin changes status from registered to Request for information, as shown below.
In the destination institute the registration status has been automatically changed to Request for information
Setting -> Inactive
The change of status does not affect the destination institute
In the institute of origin was registered
In the destination institute remains at the same status, not affected
