Classter has now introduced a feature to perform the automatic assignment of default Services to Students upon Subject or Module enrollment. It simplifies the Service assignment process and makes sure that predefined Services are automatically linked to specific Subjects.
Additionally, the system is also responsible for handling updates or removals when a Student’s Subject enrollment status changes.
Configure Auto-Enroll Services
For Auto-Enroll Services Configuration, go to: Main Settings > General Settings > Service Parameters > Manage default services per Module/Subject enrollment > OPEN.
- Select a Service, its relevant Module and click Add.
- Enable the Auto-enroll toggle (if it’s disabled) and click Save.
Note: If the same Service and Module are reselected for a Student already enrolled, the system displays a warning message.
