Overview
In Classter, the Advanced Filters feature now includes enhanced options to help users identify students who are missing critical data fields (VAT ID, Contact Email, Global Registration Number). This update also introduces improved usability for filtering text fields, dates, and dropdowns, along with new features like city-based search and Social Security Number (SSN) filtering.
Filter Students Missing Critical Data
A new Tag Icon allows users to identify students with missing or incomplete data across key fields.
How the Tag Icon Works
Disabled (Green): Filters only students with empty values.
- Tooltip: “Please click to fetch only entities with empty values.”
Enabled (Red): Filters all entities based on other selected criteria.
- Tooltip: “Please click to fetch all entities (according to filter).”
Available in:
- Default Search Text (Image above)
- Demographic Filters (View per Demographic Data or Advanced Filters).
Supported Fields
- Text Fields: VAT ID, ID Number, Passport Number, Global Registration Number, SSN, Contact Email.
- Date Fields: Date of Birth (null or earlier than 01/01/1900).
- Dropdowns and Custom Fields: Includes null values in enabled dropdowns and custom fields.
