Classter provides three types of messaging: internal messages, emails, and SMS. Internal messages through the platform are free of charge. (Figure 1)

Emails are implemented from Mailgun, so having access to the email function of Classter means you are either using Classter’s Mailgun Account or your own. If you are using Classter’s account, you can send up to 10,000 emails per month free of charge. If you are using your own account, then it depends on the contract/package you have got/bought from Mailgun.
To send SMS from Classter, you need to have an integration with an SMS provider. That means whenever you send an SMS you are getting charged from that provider based on his prices. Either you have your own account and get charged directly from them or we create one for you and you are getting charged through Classter.
