Bulk Copy Assessments to One Teacher

Backend users such as Classter admins can now bulk copy Assessments to a single Teacher, with an option to assign Assessments either to the original Teacher or the first eligible Teacher in the target Groups. A user-friendly popup guides the process with clear selection and confirmation steps

Configure Assessment Copy Option

To configure the Assessment Copy option, navigate to: Academic Tasks > Assessment> Assessment Scheduling > Actions > Copy Exam to other Groups.

Here, users can now bulk copy Exams to other Groups with a popup option to determine the target Teacher.

Notably, A radio button selection provides two choices:

1. Create an Assessment for each Teacher (default behavior).
2. Create an Assessment only for one Teacher.

Notes:

• If the target Group/Subject has multiple Teachers assigned, the popup provides the following message: “If Classter finds the existing assessment Teacher teaching then the assessment will use this Teacher otherwise Classter will assign the assessment to the first Teacher found with a Basic enrollment status”
• Users can proceed with the selection by clicking Proceed or cancel the process with No.
