The following filters are now part of the Advanced Filters section:
Visibility & {Grade} {Stream} in Advanced Filters
In the session list, you can filter (Advanced Filters) sessions by their visibility status: Draft, Public, All and by {Grade} and {Stream} to manage sessions more specifically.
NOTE that if the following setting is enabled, all newly created sessions are saved as Draft by default, keeping them hidden from students and parents until made public.
Classroom {Location}
Filters sessions by the assigned role’s locations. Multi-select is enabled. If left empty, then it brings all Classroom {Locations}.
Classroom {Building}
Filters sessions by the building locations associated with the assigned role. Multi-select is enabled. If left empty, then it brings all Classroom {Buildings}.
Both filters return sessions that have a classroom assigned, and the filtering is based on the assigned classrooms {Location} or {Building}.
ΝΟΤΕ that Buildings should be enabled. Main settings > General Settings > Basic Customization > Building Settings.
