Here you define whether enrollment status management will be available for Companies, Supervisors and Employees.
Example
Setting -> Supervisors, Employees
When the setting is set to the supervisor and the Employees, they are able to make change the enrollment status
Setting -> Supervisors
If the setting is set to the Supervisors, the employee is unable to control enrollments status, only the Employees can.
