Messages – Student’s View | Mobile App Manual

The Messages section allows you to access the message center, where you can view, send, and reply to messages from your teachers, school staff, or administrative team.

To access this section, click on the Messages option (dialog icon) in the main menu on your home screen after logging in.

 

Message Center Features

In the Messages section, you can:

  • Inbox – View all received messages.
  • Sent – Check messages you’ve already sent.
  • Archived – Browse older messages you’ve saved for reference.
  • Message Folders – Organize and manage your messages easily.
  • Search Messages – Find specific messages quickly using the search bar.
  • Filter Messages – Apply filters like date range, categories, or system notifications to refine your search.
  • Archive Messages – Swipe left on a message to move it to the Archived folder.
  • Create New Message – Write and send messages to teachers or school staff.

 

Creating and Sending Messages

To send a new message:

  • Click on the ‘+ Message’ button in the lower-right corner of the Messages section.
  • On the message creation screen:
    • Select the recipient in the ‘To’ field.
    • Add a subject in the ‘Subject’ field.
    • Write your message in the text box.
    • (Optional) Add a file using the ‘Attach File’ option.
    • Save as a Draft if you want to edit later.
  • When ready, click the send button (paper plane icon) in the lower-right corner.
  • To cancel and exit, press the ‘X’ button.

 

Reading and Replying to Messages

To read a message, click on it in your Inbox, and it will open in the View Message screen.

If you need to reply, click the reply button (double arrow icon) in the bottom-right corner of the message. On the reply screen, you can see:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The recipient field will already be filled in.
  • The subject will automatically include “Re:” followed by the original message title.

Next Steps: 

  • Type your response in the message field.
  • If needed, attach files using the “Attach File” option.
  • Save the message as a Draft if necessary.
  • To send the reply, click the paper plane button in the bottom right corner.
  • Press the “X” button to cancel and exit the message creation screen.

 

The Messages section is designed to keep your school communication easy, organized, and efficient, so you never miss important updates from your teachers and school staff.
