Online Enrollment & Re-Registration: {Grade} and {Subject} Selection

Updated on February 17, 2025

1 min to read

Admission /Admission Settings/ Online Enrollments / Online enrollment will only be available to the following {grades}

This feature allows institutions to configure which {grade}s and {subject}s are available for online enrollment and re-registration. The settings ensure that only specified {grade}s and {subject}s appear in the enrollment process, streamlining the experience for students and administrators.

Settings

{Grade} Selection for Online Enrollment

  • Setting: “Online enrollment will only be available to the following {grades}”.

How It Works:

  • When institutions select specific {grades}, the system will restrict online enrollment to only those {grades}. If no grades are selected, the system will allow online enrollments for all grades by default.
  • This applies to re-registration, online enrollment, and admission processes.

Behavior for Online Enrollment Processes

Filter {Grade}s

If institutions specify {grades} in the settings:

  • Only curricula and {subject}s related to those {grade}s will appear in online enrollment processes.

Curriculum-Based Enrollment

For Educational Programs with Multiple Curricula

Curricula for {grade}s not included in the settings will:

  • Be marked as unavailable.
  • Display a warning message: “Online enrollments are not open for this educational program.”

For Educational Programs with Only One Curriculum
  • The {grade} selection step will still appear even if there’s only one option.
  • The {grade} will show an informational message: “Online enrollments are not available for this curriculum.”

K-12: Classification-Based Enrollment

For K-12, re-registration and admission processes will filter {subject}s based on the selected {grade}s.

How It Works:

  • The system will not display {subjects} linked to {grades} that are not included in the settings.
