Financial Settings / General Settings / Private Sessions Parameters / Basic settings / Bill private sessions arrangement upon
Choose how to charge for a private session. If you select the option on completion, then when the private session is set as completed, it will be billed.
If set at enrollment, then the bill will be set when the student enrolls in the private session. Finally, the Manually option will bill students when the user selects it.
