A new setting allows you to customize the colors displayed in your calendar for events like Assessments and Sessions. Instead of using the default calendar category colors, this feature ensures that the color associated with each group is used, making it easier to distinguish between different groups at a glance.
- Navigate to the settings and enable the option “Return {Group} Color Instead of Calendar Category Color in calendar slots.”
- Once set as checked, the system will automatically show group-specific colors for all calendar events that fall under Assessments or Sessions.
Example
Make sure you set a specific color for each group.
Assign specific {Teachers} to each {Subject}.
Create sessions for your subjects.
The session is now available on the {Teacher’s} calendar with the selected color.
