Here, you can define if the staff/educators will be able to edit the publication date of the classwork/homework.
Example
Setting -> Active
When the educator adds homework, he/she will have the possibility to choose the publishing time. (Figures 1&2)

Setting -> Inactive
The educator can no longer edit the publishing time. The homework will be published at the default publishing time set in the system.
