Here you define whether the admission user can add relatives.

Setting -> Active
When the setting is activated, admission users can add relatives
If you want to Fill relative’s data Requires admin to have enabled Other relatives data in Admission / General Admission Settings / Basic Settings / Available fields Configuration -> Other relatives data. As shown in the pictures below.
Setting -> Inactive
There is no addition of relatives
