Main Settings / General Settings / Basic Customization / Logging / Add log to Subjects/Classes only when the Student is in status
Here you specify for which student statuses will be logged the actions selected in the “Enable statistical enrollment log for the following types” setting.
If a Student has a status that is not in the selected statuses and changes to a status that is included in the selected statuses, then that Student will be logged for the enrolled Subjects/Groups he already has.
If an action from the above happens and refers to a Teacher, then that Teacher will be logged with the enrolled Students to that Subject/Group.
Example
Setting -> Registered
For our example we will enroll two students in English Subject.
Aasheim Mary (Registered student).
Justin Abraham (Arrived from another school).
As you can see in Figure 1, there is log only for the registered student

If you change Justin Abraham’s status from Arrived from another school to Registered, then you’ll have a log for this student as well.
