Transfer Student to another Institute

Here you define whether to change the educational program of students transferring from company to company. There are three available options:

1. Let the user decide
2. Change Educational Program (promote)
3. Do not change educational program (middle year transfer)

Example

Setting -> Les the user decide

Promote Data, Keep Data (mid-year transfer) options appeared on the student’s transfer form and the user can choose whether to change educational program

Setting -> Keep Data (mid-year transfer)

This option is used for students who transfer in the middle of the year, so they do not need to change their educational program because it has not been completed.

Setting -> Promote Data

This option is used for promoted students.
