Admission / Admission Settings / Online Reregistration / Online Reregistration Special Settings / Enable Ed Program Category selection in the Reregistration
If the setting is active, then the Ed Program Category will be visible and editable during the re-registration of a Student. This allows Students or their parents to select the Ed Program Category when they re-register.
