In this setting, you can write a free text as a comment that will be presented to staff/ employees in Application edit when the applicant accepts one application and the others are automatically rejected.
Example
Setting -> Rejected By Applicant – Another application was accepted
Applicant has three automatically rejected applications
Setting’s comment saved here as grounds for refusal
