Admission / Admission Settings / Application Management / Application Submission Settings / Enable Application Comments
Here you specify whether the admission user can add a comment when creating a new application.
Setting -> Active
There is the field for comments, where you can write
Setting -> Inactive
The field for comments does not appear and you cannot add comments
