Academic Settings / Attendance Settings / Attendance Taking / Attendance for Subjects / Preselected Presence Category
When a user sets a Student in a group as absent , Classter will automatically set all the other Students in that group as present. That means the presence entry needs a presence category value.
This setting defines the default presence value to be used for this submission.
*Note that if a user wants to register presences instead of absences, then the user needs to select a presence category (e.g., Presence, Late but present etc.).
This example demonstrates the preselected value to be selected during the presence submission.
