CRM Settings / General Settings / Events Settings / All Events and Announcements created by Lecturers must be approved before Student and Parents can view them
This means that an employee or back-office employee needs to approve all events or announcements created by Lecturers before those events or announcements are presented to parents or Students.
Setting – > Active
If you create new event as Teacher, employee or staff must approve your new event to set visible for parents and students.
Employee will approve event in Calendar / Event Management
Now is visible in student’s portal
Setting -> Inactive
Events do not need to be approved to be visible.
