Add the related Grade-Stream as part of the Group name when automatic Group creation is enabled
When enabled, Classter appends the related Grade and Stream to the name of each Group that Classter creates automatically, so the Group name clearly shows which Grade-Stream combination it belongs to. This setting has no dedicated screen. It runs automatically as part of the automatic Group creation process, triggered when a Subject is created or saved.
