This setting defines how far in advance Classter will look for a scheduled entity (e.g., session, meeting, event) that starts after the check-in time — and still consider it a valid match.

This value allows the system to automatically link early check-ins with scheduled activities that are set to begin shortly.
If a Teacher checks in up to X (=45 minutes for our example) minutes before the start of a scheduled entity, the system will treat the entity as a valid match for automatic connection.
- Useful for teachers arriving early and checking in before the exact start time of their duties.
