Max number of book lent at any time (for Lecturers)
This setting caps how many books a Teacher can have on loan from the Library at the same time. Once a Teacher reaches this number of active loans, the system will not let them borrow another book until one is returned. Configured in Library > Library Settings > Basic Settings; enforced in the Library screen whenever staff attempt to lend a book to a Teacher.
